Welcome to the first edition of the Progressive Bulldog, the unofficial news organ of the unofficial Progressive Organization of North GA:  the North GA Progressive Coalition.  We are also available on Meetup.

This time, as always, the revolution is not televised...so much :)

This Blog shall be primarily a Reporter of Progressive groups, keeping tab on events.

Secondarily, it shall be a place for Progressives of all stripes, from Democratic Socialists, to Greens, to Democrats, to Independents, to post ideas, opinions, etc, about Progressive ideas in GA.  I welcome article submissions, ideas, and anyone who wishes to help me edit and solicit articles.

I have my own opinions about matters, but I am not opposed to letting other Progressive ideas that I don't agree with on to the page.  Obviously I'm not going to allow this to be a forum for right wing, or even regular GOP ideas, as there are plenty of forums for that.  I will not allow this to be a forum for racism, nor for sentiment which denigrates the working class.  Liberals, progressives, and socialists are welcome, but this also will not be a forum which broadcasts calls or support for violent acts of anarchy against people.

That being said, let the Revolution for peace, love, and meaningful living, and freedom from want, fear, or opression, be always the muse of this Gazette, as Clio
